Returns & exchanges

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details

All custom magnets will only be allowed to be returned/exchanged if there is an issue with the design or quality of the image.

Custom and/or personalized wood items are not able to be returned.

Shipping policies

Shipping charges include packaging, handling fees and postal charges through USPS. Delivery confirmation is available upon request on U.S. orders, however, confirmation or tracking is not available for international shipping orders. Snarky is not responsible for lost or damaged items due to shipping. Insurance is available upon request, please send me a message for details .International packages may require duties at the time of delivery.

Unfortunately this is not something we are able to calculate or predict as every country is different in what they require. Please be aware that additional fees may apply for international orders.
