   In the personalization box, include the lake name, state, and (if you know it) nearest town or county.

2. Add important landmarks (optional):
   List any must-have features you’d like to see on the ornament—such as a cabin location, marina, public beach, island, or bay name.

3. Include any text or title (optional):
   If you’d like custom wording (for example, “Smith Family Lake House” or “Lake Name – State”), add that as well.

4. Review & timing:
   We’ll research your lake, design your custom layout, and create your ornament within 2–3 weeks. If we have any questions, we’ll message you before we begin.
